Safety: a person approves before anything is sent
Nothing goes out without approval
AI Clerk only prepares drafts. A colleague reviews and edits, and only after “Approve” can the quotation be downloaded and the reply sent. Any change to prices or wording needs approval again.
Prices come only from your price list
Every price comes from your own price list. If an item is not on the list, AI Clerk does not make up a price. It marks the line “manual check”.
How email content is handled
AI Clerk trial site: Emails are passed through Vercel AI Gateway to Google Vertex AI for processing. They are not used to train models, and the site does not store email content.
