An AI clerk that turns enquiry emails into draft quotations, priced from your price list, in Chinese and English. Nothing is sent until a colleague approves.

How it works
Email
Paste in the customer's enquiry email. Chinese, English or a mix of both.
Extract
AI picks out the customer, contact, items, quantities, requested date and delivery place.
Price
Items are priced from your price list with quantity breaks applied. Orders below the minimum are flagged.
Quote & reply
A quotation (with your company letterhead in Chinese and English) and a reply email are drafted.
Approve
A colleague checks and edits. Only after “Approve” can the quotation be downloaded and the reply sent.

Your own price list
Upload your price list as Excel or CSV and AI Clerk prices from it.
Items not on the list
No made-up prices. The line is marked “manual check” and left out of the total.
Quantity breaks and minimum orders
The right price is applied for each quantity, and short orders are clearly flagged.
Chinese and English
Bilingual quotations; replies are drafted in the language of the customer's email.
HKD or USD
Quote in Hong Kong dollars or US dollars, as the customer asks.
Lead times
The earliest delivery date is worked out from the lead times in your price list.
Trial version
The trial site needs a trial password. Tap “Free trial” to ask for one on WhatsApp or by email. You can try it with the built-in demo price list or upload your own.
Please remove customer names, phone numbers and other personal details before pasting an email into the trial.
What AI Clerk will not do
- Send any quotation or email without approval
- Make up prices for items that are not on your price list
- Use your email content to train models
AI Clerk trial site: Emails are passed through Vercel AI Gateway to Google Vertex AI for processing. They are not used to train models, and the site does not store email content.
